we are a tailor with our modern lives front of mind. we we strive for effortless wear that remains elegant. we know that one size doesn’t fit all, so we custom-build our products to help you find your perfect fit. we are proud to champion ethical, sustainable and responsible clothing that is accessible, affordable, and durable.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
once your first fitting is complete, we send your measurements and chosen fabrics to be made. when completed, your custom made garments is shipped back into store where we will book you in for a second fitting in your made to measure order. the process can take 5-6 weeks total, with our industry leading production time of 3-4 weeks. Please get in touch if your order is time dependent to confirm delivery time availability.

Do you offer worldwide shipping
we offer shipping with in the UK for £50.00 and worldwide shipping £100.00.

How should I wash my clothes?
our custom made cotton trousers and shirts are machine washable. our custom made wool trousers require dry clean only. all our labels come with care instructions, but if you’re ever in doubt, email us at [email protected] or visit us in store.
How are alternations arranged?
all our alterations are included in the cost of your garments. usually, any alterations wanted are flagged when you come in store for your second fitting, and these are finished in-house by our expert tailors.
Remakes/Refunds?
As ordered goods are custom-made, they can neither be returned nor refunded, and the standard 28 day refund policy does not apply. Casual fitters always strives for the best customer service possible and will at times remake garments if it is deemed a mistake is made in the casual fitters fitting process, this is at the sole discretion of casual fitters.
Can I order online?
yes, once you come in for your first fitting and place your initial order, you can set up your online account with the details you gave. we’ll have your measurements on file, so when you register online, your measurements and order details will automatically update on your account. for future orders, you can use our trouser builder tool to place a trouser purchase online. for shirt orders or anything else, just email us at [email protected].
Do you offer gift cards?
yes, we offer vouchers in many different values that can be view here. every voucher includes a pair of alpaca socks made in england.
