In most cases, the process takes around five to six weeks. It is a guided experience, where your tailor works with you step by step from initial measurements through to the final fitting.

Your tailor will walk you through all available options, from fabrics to finer design details. You can explore a wide range of materials and personalise every element of your garment based on your preferences.

When does the first fitting happen?

Once your garment is ready, your tailor will contact you to arrange a fitting. This is where the suit is tried on and any final adjustments are identified.

Can you update my pattern so reordering is easier next time?

Yes, your measurements and pattern are kept on file and updated after your fitting. This makes future orders much quicker and more straightforward.

Do you offer an express option if I need my suit in a hurry?

Yes, an express service is available if you are working to a tight deadline. Your suit can be ready within 14 working days for an additional fee, and our team will guide you through the process.

Step 1.

Book an Appointment

Schedule a casual conversation if you want to learn more about what we do and how we can help you. If you're ready to place an order with us, book a “commission” appointment.

STEP 2.

Measurments, Design & Fabric Selection

Your tailor will measure you, advise you on cut and construction. You’ll then be guided through all possible styling, fabric and detail options. Using our customising tool you’ll see your garment take shape before we begin cutting your made-to-measure piece.

STEP 3.

First Fitting

Your tailor will notify you once your has arrived to arrange your first fitting, minor adjustments will be made to your garment by our London based tailors.

STEP 4.

Final Fitting & Enjoy

Your final garment will be checked and confirmed by your tailor. Your tailor will update your pattern, so you can easily reorder on our customise or in store. Enjoy your garment, we offer alterations and repairs for the life of it.
